They selected good tenants to ensure our property is well maintained. They conducted regular and detailed inspections. They gave us updates on what's needed to be fixed, a list of reliable tradesmen and let us made the decision on who we preferred to use. I have to mention Elizabeth Higgins as she's done an amazing job looking after our property. When it's time to sell our property, there was no question as to which agent we chose. The end is amazing. Our agent Leonidas Proestos sold our property on the first day we had our open home! Leon was even sick on that day. Imagine what he can do when he's 100% well.
